Using Degan

You must provide accurate account and booking information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the platform only for lawful travel and hospitality transactions.

Bookings and payments

A reservation is confirmed only when Degan issues a confirmation reference. Prices, taxes, cancellation terms, and payment methods shown during checkout form part of the booking agreement.

Hosts and listings

Hosts are responsible for accurate listing details, lawful operation, guest safety, availability, and delivery of the amenities they advertise. Degan may pause or remove listings that fail verification or safety requirements.

Cancellations and refunds

The cancellation policy displayed for the selected rate applies. Approved refunds return through the original payment rail where supported and may require processing time from the payment provider.

Platform availability

We work to keep Degan available and accurate, but travel conditions, connectivity, and third-party services can change. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
